Lower Level of Villa
The lower level of the villa is
classically styled and is accessed through a private entrance via an
outside staircase.
This level comprises a large lounge/dining area with elegant
furniture and a fully fitted kitchen.
The master suite to the lower level
is furnished with a double bed
and ensuite bathroom
whilst the second bedroom has bunks and another single bed, again has it's own ensuite.
The lounge is equipped with airconditioning units that provide both hot & cold air, a flat screen TV and DVD player with video, a stereo music system plus an Ipod docking station
A leather corner sofa along with quality lounge and dining furniture with seating for 8 people add to your comfort.
Double glazed tilt and turn windows allow for views over the swimming pool, terraces, gazebo bar and outdoor lounge and dining area
The kitchen has fully fitted units, an electric oven and hob, a fridge, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a filtered drinking water tap. All cooking utensils, pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses are provided, along with plastic sets for outdoor use.
Tea towels and BBQ utensils are also provided.
The lower level master suite comprises a double bed with a large fully tiled ensuite bathroom.
The bedroom is equipped with hot and cold airconditioning units, has fully fitted, full length wardrobes, drawers and large mosquito screened, tilt and turn windows, which overlook
the downstairs terrace and pool areas
The fully tiled spacious ensuite bathroom comprises shower, hand basin, WC and bidet.
The second bedroom to the lower level, is a twin room with two single beds and is also ensuite.
This bedroom is complete with a fully fitted, full length wardrobe with drawer unit and views overlooking the pool and terrace areas.
The ensuite bathroom for this bedroom is again fully tiled and has a large, full wet room style shower plus hand basin and WC.
