This large Spanish property is well equipped to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
Both levels of the villa are tastefully furnished and are equipped with large LCD televisions. Other services include free Wi-Fi, Video & DVD players, Ipod docking station & CD Players with stereo radios. There is also a varied selection of books, magazines and DVDs.
Perfect for larger or 2 separate families wanting privacy and for those with children, couples sharing or for those who just want a relaxing week away. Rentals are available for family holidays and golf groups with accomodation for parties of up to either 5 or 10 people. There is a cot available per level, for infants up to 18 months old.
The villa is a duplex and is split into 2 individual, self contained apartments that occupy independent levels. This arrangement is Ideal for separate families who wish to holiday together, but still retain personal privacy and space.
For groups of 5 or less one level can be used, and for parties of up to 10 both levels are available.
The individual apartments are connected by an outside staircase, which also leads to the pool and terrace and to the Gazebo lounge & bar area.
Each level comprises a kitchen plus a lounge and dining area
furnished with leather sofas and quality dining sets.
Both levels have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 3 of them being ensuite.
The villa's garden and pool along with the adjoining terraces and BBQ are all south facing and so enjoy daylong sunshine.
The 8X5 metres swimming pool has professional maintainence the Ph and chlorine balance are checked frequently and the filtration systems have full automated control.
The shallow end is approximately 1 metre deep and is accessed by Roman steps and the deep end is aproximately 2.5 metres.
The pool is located directly next to the downstairs lounge and is situated alongside the BBQ, and the Gazebo lounge area & bar, this means you can choose where to sip your sangria, whilst at the same time still being able to watch the kids in the pool.
