Booking Procedures
Complete the form on the enquiries page stating your required dates the number
in your party and email it back to the email address provided.
We will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.
If dates are available and you wish to book, we will then hold the available dates
on option for you for 72 hours whilst you arrange your flights,
return your booking form and pay the 30% booking deposit.
Once availabilty has been confirmed please complete the Booking Form,
sign & date it and return it along with the booking deposit.
Bookings will be considered cancelled if deposit is not received within 3 days of confirmation
Once we receive your booking form and deposit, confirmation of your booking and a receipt for the deposit will be forwarded.
The balance for your stay, plus £250 security deposit for 1 level or £400 for the full villa
is payable in full, no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. For departures within 8 weeks,
full payment is required.
Full information, including detailed map and directions from Malaga Airport, will be
forwarded to you once we receive the final balance and security deposit payment.
All payments can be made by UK Bank Transfer or ESP Bank Transfer
& *Credit or debit card via PayPal (*PayPal handling charge applies)
There is no liability for travel cancellations, delays, theft, personal injury or loss of any kind on the part of the owner of the villa. Guests are strongly advised to take out full travel, accident and medical cover insurance before leaving the UK.
Please note: As the property is situated in a residential and family holiday villa area, we are unable to accept bookings from Goups of under 25s or Stag & Hen parties.
